Shipping & Order Tracking:

We @ Mellisa B Naturally makes best efforts to process orders in two business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon EST , will ship in the next business day, Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST Friday will ship out Monday.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a conformation email with your order number.
When the order is shipped you will receive an email and or Text Message with your Tracking Notification.

We do our best to ensure the timely Delivery of All orders, Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.
On a rare occasion some packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Please note as our carriers are expecting unprecedented volume this holiday season, We suggest you factor in a few additional days to your required arrival date to avoid disappointment due to potential transit delays.

Log-in to your Account, Click on "Order History" click on the Tracking Link that appears below your order information.

You may track your order Via the tracking Link directly from the email you received with your tracking information.

International Orders:

All Pricing and Payments are in US Dollars.
Shipping Options & Carriers Fees will be displayed prior to completing the order.
Please not all International packages may be subject to duties and taxes, The limits for Duty Free packages are established by your local custom authorities.

Sales Tax:

As you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details, any applicable taxes will be calculated on the total merchandise value. The tax amount will be shown on the review page before your submit your order as well as on the summary page that you see once the order is complete.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Call or email our Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Safely pack the original unopened product, along with a copy of the sales invoice, in a return box.
Write the RMA # on the outside of your box.
Ship the product back to us for processing.

If MBN shipped the wrong product to you, we will pay for the cost of the return shipment. If you are returning or exchanging then you are responsible for return shipping..
